How we keep your money safe

  • After a password reset, a 2FA change or a sign-in from a new device, sending pauses for 24 hours. You can still receive.
  • You always see the verified name of the person you are paying before you confirm.
  • Unusual payments are checked by our compliance team before they complete.
Payments are instant and cannot be reversed, so always check the name before you pay. KoinKoin will never ask you for your 2FA code.

Anyone with a verified KoinKoin account, in any country where KoinKoin operates. You can find them by Pay ID, email address or phone number.
What do I need to start?
A KoinKoin account with identity verification completed and two-factor authentication turned on. Both take a few minutes.
How do I add money?
Deposit USDT or other crypto, or fund your account with your local currency, then send it with KoinKoin Pay.
Is there a fee?
No. Sending and receiving between KoinKoin accounts is free.
I sent money to the wrong person. What can I do?
Payments are instant and final. Contact the person and ask them to send it back, and tell our support team at support@koinkoin.com, who will help where they can.
Why is my payment "being checked"?
Some payments are reviewed by our compliance team before they complete, to protect you and meet our legal obligations. Most checks finish quickly and you are notified of the result.
