By accessing or using KoinKoin's platform (koinkoin.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of an eligible jurisdiction to use KoinKoin. We do not provide services to residents of sanctioned jurisdictions including the United States, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, Russia, Belarus, or Venezuela.
You must provide accurate, complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
KoinKoin is required by law to verify the identity of all users (Know Your Customer). You agree to provide identity documents and complete verification as required. We may suspend accounts that fail to complete verification.
You may not use KoinKoin for money laundering, terrorist financing, market manipulation, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws. Violation will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk. The value of digital assets can fluctuate substantially. KoinKoin does not provide financial advice. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose all capital invested.
KoinKoin charges trading fees as displayed on the platform. Fees may change with 30 days' notice. Spot trading: 0.10% taker, 0.08% maker.
Withdrawal limits are determined by your KYC verification level. Unverified accounts: $0/day. Level 1 (Basic KYC): $10,000/day. Level 2 (Advanced KYC): Unlimited.
KoinKoin operates under CBN AML/CFT/CPF VASP Supervision Pilot (Nigeria) and SEC Ghana VASP Sandbox Licence. These are pilot/sandbox licences and do not constitute full regulatory approval.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
