Frequently asked questions

Combien ça coûte ?
Business payments currently carry no fee. If that changes, the fee will be shown in your dashboard before it applies and on every invoice.
Who can pay my invoices?
Any verified KoinKoin customer. They pay from their KoinKoin balance with their own 2FA code.
Is there a limit on how much I can invoice?
Businesses that have passed business verification can invoice any amount. Sole traders can invoice up to 5,000 USDT each time.
What happens if an invoice is not paid in time?
It expires automatically and can no longer be paid. Create a new one whenever you need to.
Can I connect my website?
Yes. Use the API tab to create invoices from your own systems, send customers to the KoinKoin checkout and receive webhooks when they pay. Sending the same reference again returns the same invoice, so a retried request never creates two.
How do I give a refund?
Payments are final once made. To refund a customer, send the amount back to them with KoinKoin Pay.
