KoinKoin Pay lets you send and receive USDT, a digital dollar, to anyone with a KoinKoin account, in seconds and for free. Pay a friend, split a bill, settle with a supplier, or get paid with a link or a QR code.

    Enter their Pay ID, email address or phone number and tap Find. We show you their verified name so you know it is the right person.

    Type the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. Nobody can send money from your account without it.

How we keep your money safe
  • Every payment needs your own two-factor authentication code.
  • After a password reset, a 2FA change or a sign-in from a new device, sending pauses for 24 hours. You can still receive.
  • You always see the verified name of the person you are paying before you confirm.
  • Unusual payments are checked by our compliance team before they complete.
Payments are instant and cannot be reversed, so always check the name before you pay. KoinKoin will never ask you for your 2FA code.

What do I need to start?
A KoinKoin account with identity verification completed and two-factor authentication turned on. Both take a few minutes.
How do I add money?
Deposit USDT or other crypto, or fund your account with your local currency, then send it with KoinKoin Pay.
Is there a fee?
No. Sending and receiving between KoinKoin accounts is free.
I sent money to the wrong person. What can I do?
Payments are instant and final. Contact the person and ask them to send it back, and tell our support team at support@koinkoin.com, who will help where they can.
Why is my payment "being checked"?
Some payments are reviewed by our compliance team before they complete, to protect you and meet our legal obligations. Most checks finish quickly and you are notified of the result.
